Phillips Park Model

Our custom built Phillips Park Model home sits on a 40′ long Tiny Homes Haven trailer that is 10′ wide and is right at 580 sq ft of living space (counting the double lofts).  This home was designed and built around our client’s specific needs and wants. The Phillips family started living tiny in an RV so they understood what items were lacking for full time living in their RV and exactly how they wanted their Park Model Home to be different. Here are some of the features this home boasts: main floor master with a king size storage bed frame and large closet, storage staircase to a second bedroom that has a built in desk and LED accent lighting, large chef style kitchen with residential appliances and exceptional amount of countertop space, small breakfast bar, living room space designed around client’s sectional couch, storage stair access to rear loft area designed around to be daughters recreational room, large bathroom with dual vanity and tile shower enclosure, separate water closet (toilet) all adding up to 580 square feet of functional living space.
